Our Adult Leaders Team are the individuals who "make things happen" in Element Youth. They are the most committed individuals who volunteer their time weekly as either Vibe Leaders, Welcome Care Hosts or Home Team Coaches.

Empowering students to go #ALLIN

Home Team is our Student Leadership.  It is the avenue that connects students to Element Youth by promoting a sense of ownership for what we do.  Students are discipled and trained to serve in different areas of our ministry and our church.  It is designed for the student "wanting to get involved."
